Established in Shanghai in 2000, Shanghai 3D Precision Die and Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “3D Precision”) is engaged in the design and manufacturing of die, working jigs, factory automation equipments, precision machining and metal stamping processing. The products are related to auto parts, communication equipment, medical instruments, home appliances, semiconductor electronic devices, industrial automation equipment and other areas while the main customers are Japan's well-known enterprises.
3D Precision has advanced processing and testing equipment bought from Japan and German and other countries such as CNC machining center, slow-feeding wire-cut, fast-cutting wire-cut, electric spark, profile grinder, surface grinder, milling machine, lathe, drill press, tapping machine, 3D measuring machine, altimeter, projectors, sclerometer, measuring scale, scaled rule, gauge, gauge block, granite plate, as well as of all kinds of tonnage punch and corollary equipment of feeder, shears, point welding, centrifugal muller, etc. 90 percent of dies are exported to Japan, and 3D Precision has established a long-term cooperative relationship with many famous Japanese companies, such as Siemens, Toyota, APIC YAMADA, Pioneer, Toshiba Air-conditioning.

Acknowledgement of order→ 3D Precision Submitting the die design (the scheme) within a few days for customers checking→Clients bringing forward an opinion→Modification of the die design according to clients’ suggestion→Submitting the modified die design for ratification→Clients’ approval of the design→Starting die making and providing clients a rough progress sheet→Report of the latest progress of die production to clients every week→Using DHL / TNT to submit samples to clients(Tracking in time after issuing courier)→Sending customers the report of mold detection and the accounting report of the samples in the form of e-mail→Modification of the die according to clients’ comments on samples→Confirmation of samples→Die checking and die trial, and submitting photos to customers→Arrangement of consignment The customers can specify their own transport companies or let us deal with for them. We will choose reliable transportation agent to the instructions of customers.

Service
　　 We are very concerned about your opinions and suggestions about the quality of die that we will carefully think over your feedback on the quality of mold (the form attached to the die), and we will treat with them correspondingly.

The delivery time in the quotation sheet is counted from the day when the die design is accepted by customers. We will send order supervisor to customers, and our process will be in synchronization with the promised time Before sending the die design to customers, our engineers will inspect the die design in accordance with the customer's specification. After determining every detail, engineers will fill in the die draft checklist and hand it over to the customers together with the die design. Schedule Once approved by the customers, we will immediately provide a timetable. We have a special inspection of each processing step to avoid any errors in the process.
